Introduction
Leeds College of Music is a specialist institution, offering both higher and further education courses.
The college is dedicated to providing the highest quality education to forward thinking musicians, as well as putting on concerts for the general public to showcase the talent at the college.
Brief
Leeds College of Music wanted a lively, active site to attract students to the institution, which reflected the college’s specialist nature and vibrant atmosphere.
Numiko were commissioned as a digital partner, to create a clean, simple yet functional website that satisfied all LCM’s needs.
Solution
Numiko created a clean and approachable site with a full content management system so LCM can keep content updated and fresh. There’s a ticket purchasing solution to keep admin costs down and a news section to promote events.
As part of LCM’s 2009 rebrand, Numiko redesigned the website, and added in new functionality including an audio player to showcase student work, embedded YouTube video and search functionality. The news section was updated, and an events section added to the site to promote the concerts.
