Our leadership team has shaped Numiko from day one, always pushing for the very best outcomes for our clients and their users. Having founded Numiko as fresh-faced young graduates, they’ve spent 25 years learning ‘on the job’ creating award-winning projects for world-leading institutions.  

We see our roles as building Numiko through mindful growth—not just taking on more work, but creating the structure to support sustainable expansion. 

When growth is unconsidered, the team bears the burden. To maintain quality for clients and our team’s culture, we need to grow sustainably. That’s why we've deliberately put systems in place that give us room to grow, so the team can focus on what they do best. 

It all comes back to a deep curiosity about technology and its possibilities. This questioning mindset drives everything, from how we engage with client briefs to how we develop our team.

We probe, question and challenge requirements to uncover what's truly needed. Our curiosity helps us design more thoughtful products and anticipate where technology is heading next. There are no stupid questions at Numiko, only opportunities to create better solutions.

Not many people run a business together for 25 years and can still say they're great friends. Working together from studentdom to now, we’ve always had a freedom to experiment and tinker. We’ve never had anyone to tell us no! That freedom to follow your curiosity naturally attracts people who value the same culture, and I think that’s fundamentally why we’ve been able to foster such an amazing team.
