We are an award-winning digital agency, solving problems for our clients through user research, design and technology.

We have a team of 28 talented people working across a variety of disciplines.

  • Research: knowing who your users are, what they think and what they do is incredibly useful. Never skip; do not pass go.
  • Strategy: how best to engage with your users to persuade them to do something.
  • User Experience: understanding how users move through systems and services.
  • Digital Design and Brand Development: brands can and should be developed to take advantage of interaction. So often they are not.
  • Bulletproof tech: we prefer and therefore only use open source, largely Drupal. We can make it go very fast without falling over. We can make it do what we and our clients want, rather than us working for the machines.

WaterAid changes millions of lives each year by providing access to clean, safe water and sanitation. Together we created Wahoo, a brand new concept in charitable gifting. Fresh Meat Unlocked

To support the third series of Channel 4’s smash-hit student comedy, Numiko created an innovative, immersive second-screen experience. The site presents a mock interface from each of your favourite character’s phones, letting you browse their photos, videos, text messages and more, as if they’d unwittingly left their phones “unlocked” for you to find.

Millions of people logged on and tuned in to Channel 4 for Easter Eggs Live, a unique multi-platform project which captured the hearts of the nation. We gave viewers unprecedented access to the phenomenon of new life as it hatched, creating the online home for this ground-breaking, 24-hour nature spectacular.

BBC Your Paintings

There are more than 210,000 publicly-owned oil paintings in the UK. But the vast majority of these are locked away and hidden from view. That was until the BBC and Public Catalogue Foundation asked Numiko to develop Your Paintings: an award-winning treasure trove giving the public the chance to discover some of the country’s finest artworks and the stories behind them.

The National Lottery Good Causes

Over £30 million is spent on the National Lottery's 'Good Causes' every week, but few Lottery players make the connection between this and buying a ticket. To change this, we reimagined the way they utilised digital, creating a website, on-site London 2012 installations, social media applications and more to increase knowledge and appreciation of National Lottery Good Causes.

Stand Up To Cancer

Channel 4 and Cancer Research UK joined forces to launch Stand Up To Cancer in the UK, a live night of fundraising to cure cancer. Numiko designed and built the Stand Up To Cancer website, which focussed on encouraging donations, whilst also providing an engaging experience for users watching the show. On the night of transmission, £6.5 million was raised.

Time to Change
Mind & Rethink Mental Illness

Time To Change

The Time to Change campaign aims to destigmatise the topic of mental health; a particular challenge with 14-18 year olds. Numiko created a digital strategy targeting this age group, with the hope of bridging the gap between those who have experienced mental health problems, and those who haven't.
