We are Numiko.

We are an award-winning digital agency, solving problems for our clients through user research, design and technology.

We have a team of 28 talented people working across a variety of disciplines.

  • Research: knowing who your users are, what they think and what they do is incredibly useful. Never skip; do not pass go.
  • Strategy: how best to engage with your users to persuade them to do something.
  • User Experience: understanding how users move through systems and services.
  • Digital Design and Brand Development: brands can and should be developed to take advantage of interaction. So often they are not.
  • Bulletproof tech: we prefer and therefore only use open source, largely Drupal. We can make it go very fast without falling over. We can make it do what we and our clients want, rather than us working for the machines.

If you would like to join our team, please visit our jobs page. Whilst we're redeveloping our site, you can visit our blog to find out what we're thinking about.

Design Council

During a year-long engagement, we redefined how the Design Council communicates its value online. This involved months of research and planning to structure a platform that would engage and inspire new audiences as the organisation transitions into the future. The fully responsive UI and underlying Drupal architecture are a statement of clarity and sophistication.

We were commissioned by the BBC to redesign the entire BBC Primary Art site, which is a major resource for teachers in primary schools. We introduced interactive guides, games and techniques videos to make this a practical, useful guide that looks, well, like a piece of art in itself.

Time to Change
Mind & Rethink Mental Illness

Time To Change

The Time to Change campaign aims to destigmatise the topic of mental health; a particular challenge with 14-18 year olds. Numiko created a digital strategy targeting this age group, with the hope of bridging the gap between those who have experienced mental health problems, and those who haven't.
