We’re only as good as the team we have. Thankfully we have an excellent team who enjoy being at Numiko (which is why we have low staff churn rates compared to most other digital agencies). Hybrid working
We have a lovely Leeds city centre office, and you'll be in the office at least one day a week, but we're set up for working remotely the rest of the time if you prefer. Once a month everybody comes into the office so that we can have lunch together and grab a drink after work.
Thirty days holiday per year
...plus your birthday (or the nearest working day!) off as a bonus.
Hours
We have a good work/life balance here at Numiko, with late nights being very rare. To allow for flexibility we have three shifts: 8.30am > 5.00pm, 9am > 5.30pm or 9.30am > 6.00pm.
The Numiko Fund
A yearly personal budget, for personal development, or just for nice things to improve your working life. A specific piece of kit? A conference? A book? Apply to the fund!
Socials
We aim to get the whole team together for an (optional) social once a month, and we plan weekends away as a team at Christmas and in the summer, usually to somewhere with good walks on the doorstep.
