We’re extremely proud to be named one of the top 100 companies in the UK to work for by the Culture 100 Awards. The award recognises our longstanding efforts to build an outstanding company culture as part of our long-term mission to be the best agency our clients have ever worked with.
The Culture 100 Awards reviewed thousands of businesses and interviewed over 20,000 employees, to identify companies with outstanding company cultures that support their staff to grow and thrive.

- Quarterly "Hackathons" for teams to work on challenges facing specific sectors.
- Regular team events: we run monthly social events for the team, and summer and winter parties bring everyone together for an all-expenses paid weekend away twice a year.
- A focus on nurturing talent, with dedicated time and training budgets devoted to learning for all employees.
- Being open and transparent from the top down: Co-creating a long-term strategy with the entire team, sharing regular updates on our finances, publishing transparent pay scales, and running anonymous ‘ask me anything’ sessions in our weekly all-hands calls, allowing anyone to put any question to the leadership team.
