Senior Digital Designer

• Proven experience at a senior level in a digital agency environment.
• Expert in creating component-based design systems in Figma.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design solutions.
• Experience working with established brands and applying guidelines to digital.
• Expertise in interaction and motion design.
• Ability to present design work and rationales to clients confidently.
• Experience collaborating with UX and development teams.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards for digital design.

• Experience designing for cultural or non-profit organisations.
• Motion design or animation skills.
• Knowledge of front-end development principles.
