We're looking for an organised, proactive professional who loves supporting others to do their best work.

Overview

You'll be the operational backbone of our Leeds office—coordinating meetings, supporting leadership, managing events, and finding smarter ways to get things done. You'll work closely with senior team members to keep projects on track and our processes running efficiently.

Your qualities

  • Proactive – You anticipate needs before they arise and take initiative without being asked
  • Organised – You thrive juggling multiple priorities and nothing slips through the cracks

Your skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience supporting leadership or board-level meetings
  • Proficiency in preparing briefings, reports, and meeting documentation
  • Experience coordinating projects and tracking actions

Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in an Office Manager or similar role
  • Experience with recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Background in process improvement or operational streamlining
