Josh Hayter

Josh is our Lead Back-End Developer, bringing exceptional versatility across languages and frameworks including PHP, Drupal, Python and Django. His technical range underpins some of Numiko's most ambitious builds, including leading development on the Chatham House website, where he planned and delivered a large-scale CRM integration.

Josh's expertise extends to bespoke Django applications and to strengthening Numiko's monitoring capability, ensuring issues are identified and resolved before they ever reach users. He is also an active contributor to the Drupal open-source community, supporting the development of its growing AI capability, a reflection of his commitment to advancing the wider ecosystem, not just our own work.
