Soph Miles

Soph is our Lead UX Strategist, with a background in UX and content design. Before joining Numiko, she developed digital products and services for the BBC and GOV.UK, two of the most demanding user-focused environments in the UK, where clarity and usability aren't nice-to-haves, they're essential.

Soph develops the information architecture and content models behind our projects, shaping how a website is organised and how its content works before a single page is designed. She works closely with clients to identify who their users are and what they need from a website, making sure every decision that follows is grounded in a real understanding of the people it's for.
