Our carbon neutrality commitment
Numiko commits to achieving carbon neutrality by 2030. This means we will reduce our direct emissions as far as possible and offset any residual emissions we cannot eliminate through verified carbon removal schemes meeting an internationally recognised standard.
This commitment covers our scope 1 and 2 emissions, including direct energy use, indirect energy use, and transport, consistent with the scope of our Net Zero 2050 declaration.
Progress against this commitment will be reviewed annually and reported in our environmental impact statement. We will keep external verification of this commitment under review as our carbon reduction programme matures.

Flexible remote working
We support flexible remote working and run almost all client meetings online, reducing commuting and travel emissions.
Lower-carbon travel
Our cycle to work scheme, electric car scheme, and sustainable travel hierarchy prioritise greener options when people do need to travel.
Greener hosting
Our hosting platform Upsun lets us choose data centre regions with a smaller carbon footprint for the websites we build.
